- What should a person reporting to serve court ordered time bring with them?
A person reporting to serve time shall have their identification or driver’s license with them and may be subject to a drug/alcohol screen. If a person is reporting to serve weekends, they must bring $140.00 per weekend to be served.
- Who approves work release?
Work release for inmates must be recommended by the presiding judge in the case, but ultimately the Jailer approves or denies it.
- What if there is a problem with an inmate telephone?
The inmate phone service provider is Securus Technologies. Problems with inmate phones must be directed to them at (800) 844-6591or SecurusTechnologies.com.
- What personal items will the jail accept for inmates?
No personal items for inmates shall be accepted, except for one pre-packaged soft sided bible. Persons dropping off items must bring identification with them and may only do so Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- When are visitations and how do I schedule them?
Visitations may be scheduled in person, or via telephone, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Visitations must be scheduled at least 1 day prior to the visit and are only scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays. Visitor identification is required and children must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of four visitors per visit (2 Adults & 2 Children) with two visitors in the visitation room at a time. - How can bonds be paid?
Bonds may be paid with cash only by persons over the age of 18 with proper identification. Additional bond information is available under the “Inmate Services” tab.
- Is there a booking fee?
There is a $50.00 booking fee charged each time a person is arrested and brought to jail.
- How do I put money on an inmates account to purchase commissary items?
Money may be put on an inmate’s account via cash, credit card or money orders in the jail lobby. There are administrative fees for cash and credit card deposits. Credit card deposits may also be made through the website “mycarepack.com”. Additional information is available under the “Inmate Services” tab.
